Tell us what your campaign needs and we will prepare the equipment, internet, phones and screens, and a setup plan. The estimate updates as you fill it in.

Most equipment is priced per day, so both dates matter.
Internet
Does the hub have a good, stable internet connection we can use?
Would you like a dual-SIM 5G backup router? £30 per day. Keeps you online if the hub connection drops.
Where there is no good 5G signal, would you like Starlink? £100 for the whole campaign.

Laptops£25 per laptop per day, Techloq filtering included
Android tablets£25 per device per day, Techloq filtering included
Landline phones£35 each per day, £32 from 11 phones, £30 from 20
Mobile phones£20 per device for the campaign, up to 3 days. International calls not included
Mobile charging stations£10 per station per day
50” screens on stands£80 per screen per day
Extra laptops to drive the screens£25 per laptop per day. Leave at 0 if you are not sure — we will advise

Should the phones be linked to that number? No charge.
Do you need us to provide a phone number and IVR options? £200 one-off setup.
Setup
Will you provide a table layout before setup?

    Technician support

    Setup, clear-up and on-call technician support during the campaign are included when the total rental invoice is £950 or more. Below £950, setup, support and clear-up are charged at £95 per hour.

    All network cables, power cables, Wi-Fi access points, network switches and related setup equipment are included at no extra charge.
